Dual Mountain View Lodge offers a coffee experience that will alter your perception of coffee beverages due to its proximity to a coffee farm. Watch the pickers as they select only the most perfectly ripe coffee cherries, learn about the preparation of coffee, and sample a special cup.

Our Nature and Cultural Walks will provide you an understanding of life on the slopes of the renowned Mount Kilimanjaro, from rich biodiversity and animal fauna to indigenous village life.

Hiking with DMVL

There are many hiking trails in the area, ranging from easy to challenging. There are quite a few hiking programs that can be arranged by our team at DMVL, kindly ask and they will suggest which ones that can suit your preferences. All hiking activities can be tailor made according to your request.

Cycling with DMVL

Cycling Tour in the Kibosho Village: 3 to 5 hours

This tour will take you to a beautiful location home to the Chagga tribe that is situated at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Along the journey, you’ll get a taste of everyday life in real-world Africa and learn how locals manage their land to grow food all year round, like bananas and coffee. As you cycle in the shadow of trees, you will be able to soak in the beautiful green surroundings along the way.

42 kilometers. / Road: Tarmac trail / Incredible perspective, beautiful scenery, nature at its best and their native way of life are the highlights.

Coffee Tour: 3 - 5 hours

This journey takes you to the village where you can observe how coffee is made according to Chagga tradition, from the field to the cup. You’re going to the smallholder farmers that we’re helping.
